Had a great experience. Came from Daphne for a few recall repairs and asked for a diagnostic since my baby is getting up there in miles. They didn't charge me anything and even gave me a ride to and from home. Highly recommend.

First visit to this BMW and I had a positive experience. I really like the video report from the multi-point inspection - I haven’t seen that anywhere before. I thought the price of service was fair considering it’s for an M car at the dealer.
I have had my car almost 3 years, and bought from BMW of Mobile. They are the only ones to have ever touched my car. I get annoyed wanting me to buy something for $1,000.00 every time I have an oil change, but I just say no and move on. Well, this department is getting worse by the day.
