Joe was a phenomenal sales agent!! He helped us through all of the necessary steps with patience & grace and was able to get us an incredible deal on the X1 we ended up with. Special shout out to Tjay, the manager, as well. Would recommend BMW of Milwaukee North to anyone looking for a great vehicle, especially if they are able to work with Joe and Tjay.
These guys wasted my time telling me a car they had for sale was certified when it really hadn’t even gone through inspection yet. Drove all the way up there and even confirmed with the sales guy asking if it was certified and he said yes. Then they tried playing games with me trying to sell me an extended warranty for $5k. Didn’t appreciate how I wasted half a day driving up there for no reason.
I recently purchased tires from BMW Milwaukee North, primarily due to the advertised $120 rebate offer. At the dealership, the rebate process was presented as simple and straightforward. However, my experience was quite the opposite. When I attempted to redeem the rebate online, the site had issues processing my order. Very impressed with service team at BMW of Milwaukee North! I live in the northern part of the state, but my local BMW dealer had been unable to obtain the parts for a BMW Double Clutch Transmission Transfer Case recall for five months. I reached out to BMW of Milwaukee North, who scheduled my appointment within a week and even offered a loaner car. The work was done right and the BMW of Milwaukee North service team was great to work with!
Me and a buddy came in to look at an x5 and thanks to Joe Pettay and the manager, we drove off with one. Joe is super respectful and knowledgeable. The team even stayed past closing time to assist us in everything and even took time to still set up the car with us. Above and beyond especially when we showed up so late in the afternoon.
