Very friendly staff namely David. He took great care and paid close attention to all my concerns. Going out of his way he even sent me some requested documents. The technician that performed the inspection sent me a video of my car and thoroughly spoke clearly and in terms that I know well. I’m highly satisfied

Took my 3.5 month old car in for a chip repair. Received back with chip and crack. “Crack not 6 inches so won’t be covered.” Also had a “drive train failure” on my dashboard as I was heading to said appt. Couldn’t start the car. Finally did so after numerous attempts. Was told nothing wrong with the car, maybe I “didn’t hear the electric starting,” and currently car not charging as previously had. Losing power instead.
