The salesmen are very nice and knowledgeable.
I’ve been a client of BMW Meridian for over 15 years and have had exceptional service in the past. Recently, I made an appointment for regular warranty service and was there for 2 hours for minimal service. I thought I had an appointment but the waiting room was filled, as well as the showroom. Also, the waiting room was not clean. Service tech brought me the wrong key fob.
I've had a very good experience with sales at BMW of Meridian and with the service department. They know what customer service is about.
