I have been a BMW owner for over 15 years, and this is by far the most frustrating BMW dealership I have worked with. No negotiation on prices even when vehicles have been in stock for almost a year, sales people have talked over me on multiple occasions, honestly just bad customer service and salesmanship. I recently visited for maintenance on my MINI Cooper JCW. Since the MINI app had stopped working, I asked a technician how to fix it; he told me that if I deleted the app and reinstalled it, it would be back to normal within three hours. However, nothing changed, so I went back to the dealership. Yet, the technician just repeated the same thing. Is there no one there who actually understands the MINI software? The best dealership team on island by far! Great team and super legit service with direct honest communication. Only dealership that doesn’t charge any markups on new cars on island as well.
