He was professional, thorough, and did not use any unnecessary sales tactics, and made sure we were comfortable with all of our choices. In fact, we found all of the employees to be helpful, and the "vibe" was a welcoming one, not an "us vs. you" environment, like we experienced at other dealers.

Elmhurst BMW was great to work with. They have a tremendous selection to choose from right on the lot, and can get you into a new car quickly without the usual time consuming hassle of back and forth negotiations.

I have been purchasing parts for some time from Curt, and by far he is one of the best toyota parts provider around. He goes out on a limb to get parts from Japan, to make sure you have what you need for whatever vehicle you have (including the Supra, which many dealerships dont even provide any service for anymore)

I called a few dealers for information about a Toyota Platinum extended warranty for our 2008 Prius. I just bought my second car from this dealership and have had a wonderful experience both times! The salespeople are friendly and very efficient. They listened to what I wanted, my price range, and did everything they could to accommodate what I was looking for. I test drove the car I wanted, had the price I needed and 0% financing approved, then signed the paperwork within about an hour and a half.

I purchased my second BMW from Vidal Assoon. This time I went with a brand new one based on his suggestion and I couldn't happier. He was always polite and followed up months after I first had an idea to get anew car. The other dealers did not even ask for my name. I guess they didn't take me seriously. I recommend Vidal and BMW of Bay Shore to everyone especially women. They were great and never suggested I come back with my husband like the other south shore dealer in Nassau
