I love this place. Got a great pre certified Toyota Corolla LS for an excellent price. Haven't had one problem with it. A week after I purchased, guess what? I get a phone call asking what I think of the car. A few months later I got another letter from the dealership thanking me for my purchase and if I need anything to contact them. I get my oil changes there, I'm in and out in a jiffy. The lobby has starbucks coffee & tea to sip on while you wait.
Just serviced my car again due to a faulty sensor mat. Also mentioned the squeaky brakes and they ended up replacing both front pads and rotors. Very friendly environment. They just finished remodelling the whole place and it rocks! The customer waiting area is awesome, with snacks and great selection of coffee and tea. Huge flatscreen TV and even area for kids.
I called Elmhurst and they didn't have any problem with giving me a loaner. 2009 BMW 528 I . They fixed my car quickly and Joe was great. Don't waste your time with perillo. Drive the 30 mins out. It's worth it.
The Dealership and sales people were good to work with, responsive, and courteous.
