I’ve serviced my car here for years, but my last attempt to book was enough to make me look elsewhere. I didn’t have the license plate handy since the car was parked in a garage, so I asked if I could book the appointment and call back with the plate. They refused even though they’ve serviced this car many times and already have the VIN on file and it's had the same plate for years.
