I took my 2023 BMW 760 to BMW of Manhattan for service because it kept going into limp mode, and from the moment I walked in, the experience was awful. Everyone there had a nasty, dismissive attitude. I couldn’t help but feel judged based on my looks — I’m not one of those “white-collar” types they seem to cater to, and it showed in the way they treated me. Went in for a mandatory recall due to the Takata airbag to pass inspection. BMW has reached out to me for several years regarding the airbag and I finally brought it in due to the block on my inspection. My car horn was working perfect before I brought the car in. After receiving the car back, they left no receipt in my vehicle of what was serviced as there were multiple recalls open.
