Took my BMW in for recall work which was estimated to take 5 hours. No loaner car available or ride home. What? Bmw is supposed to offer excellent care... Car took 3 days. Service rep Corey was unable to make it right. Picked up the car this morning and system wouldn't recognize the tires. Called Corey... No response. This is the kind of service I'd expect from uncle Cooter's brakes and burgers, not BMW.

Hi I just wanted to share my very dissatisfied experience with the BMW service team. It is a beautiful machine and I had a leased car from them and each time I went for my scheduled service they used scary tactics to get me to get replacements for the car. They would not fix my tires when a nail went in insisting I would need a complete new set of tires worth 1500/ and Costco fixed it for free. Their dealership is good but their service team is no good.

I truly feel like my car and I are taken care of at the BMW service center. They are upfront with me about required service and cost. Everyone I have worked with is personable and helpful. Been taking my BMW to them since I purchased it in 2021.

After purchasing a set of tires on April 1, 2025, and using them for only 7,200 miles, I was shocked when the shop insisted that I needed new rear tires. Given that I had already invested $2,200 in 4 tires t and bought my car from their dealership, I expected far better customer service and respect. It felt disheartening to think that my gender might have played a role in their push to upsell me on something I clearly didn't need. ... read more
