Went in for an oil change, and they replaced the entire body of my car with hot-dog meat. I sleep the streets now, but at least i got hot-dog car. 9 outta 10, god i miss my wife.
There service department doesn’t care! I think they purposely sabotage your vehicle! I brought my BMW in for a recall on the PVC heater and breather hose, about 1 month later had to have my starter changed out. I decided to take it to an independent mechanic and they informed me that the PVC breather hose was cracked. So it’s obvious that BMW never took care of the problem. Im not sure why they do substandard work and charge a premium for there services?
