Macon BMW, a division of the Butler Automotive Group is now offering a pick-up and deliver service. This is a great offering for people like me who have a BMW in a rural communitie without a dealership. Purchases a 2014 GMC ****** ****** cash on 8/3/2023. Notice driving issues 2 weeks later and contacted the dealership. Took it back and they sent it to have a transmission flush. Still had problems after that. Took it to a shop and they told me the transmission was BAD. Only had this vehicle for a total of 4 MONTHS. I will never purchase from them again. They are selling LEMONS!!! And they know it. However karma comes back around quickly these days.
I think the worst of this dealership. I order two items through this dealer that was very expensive and asked them "would the parts come programmed?" They told me that it would. It didn't! Then I had to make an appointment for the dealer to program those items. My vehicle was not worked on. This BMW dealership is TERRIBLE! I'm not sure if there is new management or what, but the professionalism and customer service is non-existent at this location. I purchased a **** **, and it's been two weeks and I haven't been able to get any decent help/customer service from the dealership. My salesman, Justin stopped working, answering texts, and responding, immediately after the sale. Bmw of macon prides itself on great customer service. We sent a bmw genius to ***. ********'s house to go over all features of her new car after she bought it. Later she complained that her phone wouldn't ring in the car, she came buy and one of our associates reset her radio and it worked fine. She gave a $***.00 deposit and was refunded that deposit when she asked about it because it wasn't applied to her deal. The salesperson (Nadia) was great. However, the Sales Manager (Jason D***) and the Finance Manager (Anthony L******) did not offer me the best financing rates. There were two banks that Auto approved my loan, one of the bank interest rates was 2.1 points higher than the other. Jason D*** and Anthony L****** did not share the different banks' offers.
