Professional and efficient.
This service department has come along way through the remodel. They used to take forever to respond, but I recently booked for an oil change and couldn’t have been happier. Every time I took my vehicle to BMW of Denver, something was wrong with it that wasn’t there before. From hard shifting, to random leaks, it was always something. Brian has been so helpful and gone above and beyond to help me throughout the last year. He has helped me with anything from snow tires to tutorials on the functions of the very complex computer that is my car. He’s helped advocate for me when needed. I really appreciate his extra efforts and his professionalism and knowledge.
