I had a great experience at BMW of Little Rock! Aiden was fantastic to work with—patient, knowledgeable, and never pushy while I decided on the right vehicle. Brian, the finance manager, was equally great and made the financing process smooth and easy. Both were professional, friendly, and made the entire experience enjoyable. Highly recommend!
Went for service and got to speak with an amazing sales person by the name of Tad. They were incredibly engaging and kind throughout our talk. If you want someone personable, ask for Tad. Could've convinced me to buy a car if I wasnt already happy. Need more people with their attitude in this world.
Maintenance work was done as explained and on time.
Worked with Frank Mosely when trying to buy a specific BMW. Frank was great. The process was quick and seamless. Frank was transparent from the beginning, we agreed on the price, and the entire transaction was couldn't have gone better. Give Frank a call if you are in the market for a BMW. Thanks.
