Great experience! They gave me sound advice and helped me through several maintenance questions.
Staff in Parts Dept. were not helpful in determining needed item to replace a lost key. Attitude was non-apologetic for inconvenience caused. Service Dept. was very dismissive and defensive when asked to explain labor costs on a repair. Gave a standard and patronizing reply - turning the dissatisfaction back on me for asking! Not good CS
They did a great job!
