I really want to like this dealership, but since they don't return my calls or help in anyway possible, I am forced to give them 1 star. I've called them about two separate issues with my X3 and both times, they say, they will investigate and give me a call back. In neither time, did they respond or call me back. I was left to call another dealership and they helped me fix my issue quickly.
John Hayek was our salesperson and he was great. Willing to help us out with all the questions that I had. Very nice guy and a great salesman with a great personality. Thanks John. Definitely be back for my next BMW cars next time #TeamBMW #BMWlife
