Despite the service area being swamped, I was greeted quickly by the advisor. Service was completed in a timely fashion and I was kept informed throughout the process
Service was excellent and thorough. I got a video update from service tech while the car was on the rack. Joe was very prompt, informative and courteous. My car was going to take longer than anticipated so he called a Lyft to take me home. Car looked brand new when I picked it up.

Took my 2025 BMW X7 for a warranty issue. BMW Las Vegas service department was so welcoming and friendly. D’Andre (service advisor) took great care of me with the check-in process and especially with communication, all the way until the car was ready for pick up. Thank you BMW Of Las Vegas.
