Everyone from the staff that meet you at your car when you've pulled into service to the Service Advisor are Great. My Service Advisor, D'Andre is helpful, interested in helping you. His personal touch makes the experience stellar. Once I have had service, I feel confident about getting back in my car and driving home! Confidence that eases any safety concerns gives you a phenomenal feeling.

Service was great. Service advisor was Carlos and he did an awesome job on explaining everything and giving accurate time on how long it was going to take. Most service advisors I dealt with in the past didn’t have this type of customer service. Also, they give a full video of service on what was being done in the shop which is common on luxury brands but the service technician also did a great job of going over everything with good enthusiasm in his voice which makes me believe he treats the cars he’s working on like they w... read more

Jordan Trujillo, was AMAZING throughout the entire process of getting my X6 repaired and back to me in a timely fashion. He dealt with my insurance company and kept me posted every step of the way. Jordan was attentive to my needs and very professional. Jordan kept his word at every step!
