Take your business elsewhere. The whole dealership experience is terrible. Service Department is extremely subpar, especially Seth MacOwan and Jonathan Flores. Both are rude, incompetent, and unaccommodating. Tried to not fix a tire covered under warranty. Luckily, a simple call to warranty company by this customer rectified the situation. It was indeed covered and the BMW Lafayette service department was not being accurate or honest to tell us that our repair would not be covered. I had an easy and pleasant time leasing my new BMW from Bill Defouw. My salesman, Nolan, was extremely knowledgeable about the BMW lineup and patient in the process of helping me sort through my options. I felt very comfortable that I was getting the right car for me at a great price.
Salesperson ((Nolan) was excellent. He was very informative and was very gracious with his time, did not rush us at all. Our previous experience with the service department was also a factor in our decision to purchase. Steve is tremendous.
Straight forward and no gimmicks. The manager and the sales person were both helpful and trustworthy. The delivery went smoothly, on time, and without a glitch. I recommend highly.
