We love BMW of Humboldt Bay, the service is the best, we have bought 3 BMW cars from them, and the service is the best. I would highly recommend them.
Was in town visiting and had an issue. Even though they were booked they got me in and fixed the problem. Great team and communication.
I am overall happy with the dealership. Jose, Michael, Angel and Sean are knowledgeable and care about their customers. I give a 4 star because a service technician did not check things on the inspection and missed a few things while it was in on a prior visit. This caused more damage to be done. Otherwise, I do use this dealership on the regular.
Always excellent service, friendly, thorough and a great car washing too!
