Quick friendly service
David Gonzalez was great in advising me regarding pricing oil services and auto maintenance schedule. Oil change was not long and provided video of inspection including the ability to pay online. I will be back for other recommended service. I give the service at the Gwinnett BMW dealer location 10 stars. Didn’t see the survey with the ten stars to complete.
The entire experience exceeded my expectations. They were ahead of schedule and under the estimate for the service. After I had my wheels aligned, I fed the geometry printout they generated into AI, and AI gave them rave reviews for getting it exactly right and even commented that they did not try and sell me any unnecessary parts or services. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
