I was in for a recall and met my new service rep, Joe. I've dealt with several reps over the years and Joe by far was is the best. He got me right in, went through what was going to happen and then called an Uber to get me home. I liked that he didn't find a list of things for me to have repaired because right now I can only get things done that are absolutely necessary. He also texted me updates throughout the day and that was appreciated.
Good service. Improving speed should be a prioroty
