I had an outstanding experience working with Waheed, my BMW service advisor. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me updated throughout the service process, and made sure my vehicle was taken care of properly.

Very poor customer service experience. I dropped my BMW off at 10:00 AM and was told it would be ready around 4:00 PM. I returned at 4:30 PM, only to find out that my vehicle had not even been brought in for service yet. No one contacted me all day. No call, no text, no update. I wasted my entire day based on the service department’s promised timeline.
