Strong customer service and quality. We have been using BMW of Greenwich/Port Chester for several years. Our service rep is very good as is the technical repairs and team. The reason for less favorable not 5 stars is pricing. There is a premium on price vs independents and the customer service can vary by rep assigned to you. But all said, they are solid and we use them a lot for most servicing of our 2018 x3.
Highly recommend this Service Center. Pat helped me with all my required maintenance, and also resolved additional issues like air leak sound coming from the sunroof. If you're looking for a service center in the area, this is the one.
