I had a great a wonderful experience with BMW of Mamaroneck with my service advisor Ashley whom I believe to be wonderful & knowledgeable. I was a bit disappointed with the service department because they did not blow the leaves out of my hood after changing the filter. I was surprised when I open the hood and checked. I miss Jacksonville BMW because they did it all when you take your car in for service. I will most definitely return for my next service visit because of Ashley and give a second chance and see what happens.
Great drop off and pickup….. didn’t need a loaner and after three years, I can’t say enough good things about Kirk Hinrichs
Jorge was super communicative and made the whole experience seamless.
Love this place. Shout out to Ray! Made the process with getting my car fixed through insurance very easy and he always kept communication with me about any updates from the insurance. 10/10 overall , if I could give more then 5 stars I would. Also everyone at this service center is great, always super friendly and attentive to everyone
