I had my Mini-cooper towed to BMW of Gainesville for what my local shop said was a dealer-required repair. I ended having a bad ECU which cost $4,600. But, somehow with Colby’s prompt followup and numerous text message along the way telling the progress being made, I feel pretty good about my investment in the little speedster. FYI: labor was only a couple of hundred dollars. It was the part that requires a new mortgage. Colby ended my experience by offering free delivery of my car back to Ocala at no charge! Win-win!
