I hit a major pothole that destroyed my tire. I was towed to Fremont BMW where Charles worked me into the schedule. It was a bad bad pothole and damaged my steering. Charles worked swiftly to repair the damage and to see my 5 series was driver ready. He communicated clearly and regularly. He cared for me and that really matters.

If I could give a negative rating, I would. I have been going to BMW of Fremont for over ten years. I purchased my last BMW from this dealership and that was a great experience! Even after I moved out of the area and I pass two other BMW dealerships before BMW of Fremont, I continued to be a loyal customer because of their great customer service… until now.
