It is the worse BMW service received last week. I don't recommend using this place to do any service. They are unprofessional technicians and have zero quality control over any service. Here is what happened in this place. 1) My car didn't start and it was towed to the dealer. Joseph Pagan a BMW Advisor put my car on hold for two weeks.
