I have to say that I am very disappointed with this dealership. When I first walked in I was lead to believe that this dealership would break the stigma of car dealerships and the agony of buying a car. At first, they were very open to making you happy. Of course, once you have been looped in, thats when the true colors are exposed. BMW of Freehold made my experience in buying a new car easy and comforting. Everyone from the floor salesman all the way up to the GM congratulated me on making my first BMW purchase. I felt like the most important customer that they had to walk through their doors. I will always use their dealership in my car purchases even though it is over an hour drive from my home. It is well worth the trip! Great team, great company, great buy! If you are interested in buying a BMW this is the place to go.
