Bmw of fort Wayne does an excellent job with diagnosing your vehicle, even so far as taking videos and explaining their observations. I wish service could be a bit cheaper, but I guess that's what you get when you buy a foreign vehicle that no other service center will touch. All in all my experience with their service department has been great
Stopped in to charge our Toyota EV. The charger malfunc tioned so the charge was unsuccessful. However, one of the staff came out to assist and directed us to a nearby location. He gets all the stars.
