Would give 0 stars if it was an option. I told my salesman…let’s just call him “Phil” on a Monday that I needed this particular 5 series I liked by Thursday as I had no car and needed one for work asap. My job entails lots of driving across the North. He said the car was immaculate and would be ready to go when I come in Tuesday. Tuesday comes, car has a chunk missing from front right tire.
