Hi everyone, this is Alex. I met Mr Joe two days ago. He is a Great guy who helped us so much with everything we needed. I recommend everyone that needs a car go to BMW Fort Myers and asked for Mr Joe. He sold me a Very Beautiful Cadillac XTS in White. I have purchased a car from them a year ago they were amazing by the time I purchased a tire warranty and hazard through them they didn’t give me the information by the time so I called and I have been couple weeks trying to get the information to change my tires no responses no call back from finance nothing now I am calling 3 days in a row and I still couldn’t get it !! Which is really frustrating .
Great Dealership/ friendly people Bought a lot of Cars in my time And this was a Pleasure doing business Them We will be back!!

The service is fine but the waiting area is terrible. Snacks are non-existent, coffee is ok, but other dealerships put this one to shame. BMW should be better!
