I was supposed to pick up the car today that I reserved last Monday and was sold to me. I was very excited to drive it home, but my excitement quickly turned into disappointment. We drove almost two hours last Monday just to see the car, and I signed all the paperwork. However, the salesman I dealt with told me this morning that his manager sold the car to someone else yesterday. This is the first time I have experienced such terrible customer service.
