My son and I went to BMW of Owings Miils on the early morning of 10/15/2025 to inquire about a Maryland State Inspection. The service advisor we spoke to was John Walker. He was very impetuous and rude. He answered one of our questions with, "If it passes." I thought this was extremely presumptuous and condescending. Both my son and I were offended, and we left without an inspection or an appointment. My son and I was in BMW of Towson on the early morning of 10/15/2025. This was our first visit to this location. We had questions about the Maryland State Inspection process. The service advisor who approached us was Christoper Everitt. He was so uninformed and unprofessional. He held us up for more than an hour going back and forward advising that he was asking questions (that he did not know the answers to) to the manager and the certified state inspector on staff. After locating a Mini on the website that fit our needs or wants, we made contact online. The first person online to communicate with us was very nice. However, at no time, were we told that the used car lot division refuses to negotiate pricing on any vehicle. I used all of the documentation they provided online to value the vehicle and determined that they seem to always want the extreme highest end of the value range. When brought up, I was initially told that it could and would be fixed since BMW has the "Best Leather Fixers for these $100k+ cars" according to my salesperson. Great up to the point of delivery. Took my money and left me hanging. Dealer did not get me a permanent tag even though they charged me for it. Called both salesman Jumicael and finance mgr John numerous times with no return call. Extremely disappointed!
