Just got an X7 M60i. Danny was fantastic. He was easily reached and super responsive. I never had to ask for information twice. Great experience. Ryan from the business side was also excellent. Very nice facility and the whole process went off without a hitch and very relaxed. Best car dealer experience ever for me and I’ve been buying cars since 1974. You would expect great service from an expensive luxury vehicle dealer, but that isn’t always the case. These guys do it right.
I had another amazing experience at BMW of Farmington Hills, this time using my Crystal Fusion warranty, and the entire process was so easy and stress free. Mike Mikolowski made everything super smooth from start to finish and was so polite, patient, and easy to work with. I’m not happy with this dealership I pay For My Car $2000 a month and they don’t treat me right always when I ask for car when I have service for For My Car they told me we don’t have car for three weeks so I always have to wait until they’re gonna give me a car and they give me really basic BMW and my car is a sport and very expensive but they give me cheap BMW after three weeks.
