Beyond rude, condescending, and unhelpful.
The sales associate was super unhelpful and rude. The worst experience ever, did not want to buy a car from here anymore.
Horrible experience. Sales person was super rude.
I purchased a used Volvo, not a BMW, but it is lovely as was the entire sales team.
Bought a new X1 M series for a full price. It was in the garage for more than 30 days within the first year. Customer relations is unwilling to assist and is not even answering to questions. Will never buy a BMW again! We have to sue now since this is covered by the MD lemon law. This will cost us a lot of time.
