I have been trying to reach anyone at BMW of Fairfax for over 2 weeks to cancel multi-coverage protection that I no longer need as I live overseas. Multiple calls, voice messages left, and emails sent and absolutely no response. I have now filed a claim with the BBB. Absolutely terrible service and cannot recommend under any circumstance doing business with them.
Just purchased a car here last Wednesday — everyone was real kind and helpful. The next day, heard something from under the car so I reached out to them. Didn’t hear anything back until today to which they shared they couldn’t do anything about it, not even check it out. Unfortunate how management dealt with this.
Usually, buying a car sucks. This time, I worked with Jason at Fairfax BMW pre owned, and it was as painless as possible. Would buy again for sure. No pressure on the car, just friendly and helpful and an overall exemplary experience.
