I am working with Eric P on purchasing a pre-owned Audi, and he has been a pleasure to work with. I am out of state, so Eric FaceTimed me to walk around the car and show me all the imperfections they would take care of prior to delivery. He answered all my questions and always answers his phone when I call. Very responsive and makes me feel comfortable they will take of everything even though I am not there in person. Looking forward to delivery when it is ready.
Extremely Disappointing Experience – Zero Customer Care I visited this BMW dealership twice, today I was there with the intention of purchasing a used M4 Competition by hoping having another sales person. Extremely disappointed with the service we received at BMW. My husband and I initially met with Eric, who was very welcoming and kind, even during our brief interaction. However, we were then passed off to Alex, who had initially contacted us before our visit. Unfortunately, Alex’s attitude was completely different. He was rude, unhelpful, and it was clear he did not have our best interests in mind. Just purchased my first BMW. The entire team here is amazing, I mostly worked with Eric for the purchase and Ferris for the finance piece. I've been to many dealerships over the last few months trying to find the right used vehicle. No where comes close to the genuine friendly personality that I experienced with them. The team here was patient, worked hard to give me the best deal, and I felt no added pressure. I would absolutely recommend starting here first to purchase a new or used vehicle.
BUYER BEWARE!! I Bought a 2014 Mazda CX-5 from them and was happy due to what I perceived to be a good deal, Until I took the car to get Maryland inspected and was informed that it needed both lower control arms replaced.
