I honestly dont know what happened to the management at *** El Cajon, but, it has me going to a different dealer. I brought my X2 in for an oil change and tire, and the mechanics belt buckle k**** were indented in my car all the way to the metal. They took photos when my car came there but, the manager on duty ******************* told me it was already there. I guess he just knew ahead of time, like before I got there. I bought a car that was not as advertised. I look into this car as collector car because of the rarity and low production unit. The condition that was advertised did not match to what I receive. There a lot of mechanical and cosmetic damages that indicate some form of cover up. The quality of the paint is low and its overspray and mass, overlapping panels. I HAD A RECALL ON MY 325I *** ON ELCAJON BLVD AT THE *** DEALER. AN AIR BAG RECALL. AND AFTER THE RECALL MY STERIO WHEEL THE WHOLE STEERING WHEEL COLUME CAME OFF AND THE PANELING THAT RUNS FROM MY GLOVE COMPARTMENT TO MY STEERING WHEEL IS FALLING OFF. 2014 *** 328D, I'm very disappointed with the level of competence integrity of El Cajon ***. "We know your *** more than anyone"? is their slogan. On 03/04/2020, I brought my car to BMW El Cajon Service Department to have the fuel pump replaced under warranty (RO# 230828). The repair was denied under the stipulation that I purchase an $800 battery repair. I declined the repair and I was subsequently charged a $170 diagnostic fee after my service consultant, Michael, confirmed that the fuel pump and EKPS were inspected and that they were not found to be damaged. I would not do business with Matthew M***** the Pre-Owned Manager, Emilio R***** the General Sales Manager and Nick B****** the General Manager of BMW of El Cajon. I bought a 2007 Chevrolet Corvette on January 5th. 13 days after I purchased the car on Jan 18th 2020 I was driving to a friend’s house when my engine began to boil over with coolant.
