Not transparent, called about a used vehicle and asked for pictures they sent me photos that looked alright and made the car look pristine, but failed to mention the bumper was cracked, windshield had a chip, the body wheel well had a literal hole through it and the rims were curbed. You literally couldn’t see this in any of the photos because they were low quality. Yet they barely budged on the price to account for things they themselves admitted missing until I pointed out.
