I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding a recent issue I encountered with my BMW vehicle following an oil change service. Three days after the service, my wife noticed oil leaking from underneath the vehicle. I attempted to contact my service advisor but was unable to reach him. On my next day off, I visited the dealership in person and showed the advisor a photo of the leak. I was told the workshop was full and asked to return the following day. I had an amazing experience here. Bradley Lee was kind and helpful throughout the entire process. I came in for an oil change and tire replacement, on my BMW X3 and the service tech team fixed it quickly! I always get nervous to bring my car in as a woman and worry I will be taken advantage of.
