I have purchased 3 bikes (most recent 12/24) and sold 2 bikes through Bill and his team. Alex and Pascal are great sales guys to work with and I have always had all my service done by the team there. Gear selection is good and anything they don't have they can order. We will stop by just for fun to stop in and see what’s new.
Everyone I talked to was extremely friendly and helpful. I stopped by to get one part and they made me feel very at home from the moment I walked up to the door as they held it open for me. In this day and age it is incredibly rare to find so many people who are friendly and waiting to help and answer any questions I had. Top notch service!
Incredibly disappointed with this dealership as a whole. I truly wish I never would have purchased a vehicle from this establishment. Currently dealing with a very serious safety concern. The driver seat shifts back and forth regularly from a stop to a go. They are giving me the run around and doing everything in their power to not address this safety issue.
