Service advisor not very response unlike my previously eleven years of being there for other services. Never bother to explain when asked a question, other advisor has to help out and I know he has been there for years! Bad day? I was rather disappointed! Service was done for my wife’s car under Ning. Happy to talk to anyone higher mangers!

I have taken 2 BMWs (X5 and X7) for service routinely over the last 2 years. I have been repeatedly lied to by the service advisor. If their website shows a price for service and you are charged a different price, they lie and tell you it’s not applicable. Then when you call them out on it, they make up an excuse, usually technology related (software is down, new system, etc.) and if you really really push them, you can get the honest price.
