I have never written a review but Jaimie in Service blew my expectations away. I swung in without an appointment for a charging problem with my X1 and he couldn't have been nicer. Offered to test a charge as I was now less than 10%, quickly found a setting problem. Offered to let me stay and charge, get a drink in the lounge. Customer now for life.
Outstanding service replacing a flat tire and 3 other tires in 24 hours and also providing a nice electric loaner car. Well done!
The service folks at dealership are top notch. This time I had a chance to work with Mike and he is great! Mike took time to explain issues and what consequences may follow if let’s say you choose to not address it or not do it right away. They offer recommendations, and really help you to make service costs more manageable and we know German cars are expensive to repair.
