Sebastian was great, really made the whole experience seamless and took the time to walk me through everything in the car and get it all setup with my phone, the BMW app, etc. Drove 5 hours for the car and it still exceeded my expectations. Been to a few dealerships in the past and this was the best experience by far.
Five-star service from start to finish at BMW of Darien. I worked with Matt on a 2024 X7 purchase, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled correctly, from the financing to the CPO certification. He was very responsive to all my questions and made sure the vehicle was 100% ready for the road. The facility is top-notch and the staff is very professional. Ask for Matt if you want a great deal and even better service!
I appreciated the BMW of Darien team making the process of switching cars a smooth transition when the lease to my previous car expired. Jonathan, Kyle, and Anderson were all friendly and helpful. I was able to trade in my old car and drive away with a new car in a day!
