as soon as you enter the service area, they approach you right away and asked what’s the concern. very courteous and if it is possible, they would do courtesy car wash which i really loved. and there are some minor services that they don’t charge and of course, I loved it! Thank you!
My service writer, Guillermo, is the best! He is a great communicator, explaining everything from start to finish and keeping me updated.
First appointment was denied because according to the person who handled me, they are all confused how to handle the recall and waiting for BMW to send them parts. I was told by that person that he will leave my documents on top of his desk so I will get priority when it is ready. He got all my information. Guess what? After 2.weeka of waiting, No call!
