My recent call to the BMW parts department left a lot to be desired. Harrison, the associate who answered, provided what I can only describe as a subpar customer service experience. He seemed less interested in helping and more interested in... well, I'm still not sure what, but it certainly wasn't customer service. Extreme phone wait times for the parts department. 5/22/24 update: service is better , but no more wholesale discount
I went to buy a new battery today and Christian was very attentive and professional. He performed an excellent customer service, he went above and beyond.
Insanely long waiting times despite having an appointment. My car was handed over to me with stains all over despite then washing it. They said they would return it in 30 min and had me waiting on it for over an hour without any info. The service person I was assigned to also made rude remarks about the mileage on my car. All of this despite billing over $1000 for “recommended” services on my car. Very disappointed with this dealership. It is also annoying considering how few MINI service centers there are in the area.
Coolant was low. I didn't have an appointment. They were nice enough to take care of me. I so appreciate Concord .
