Over the years, I have had the pleasure of working with several team members, including General Manager SamReynolds, Parts Director Zach Cariens Service Advisors Manager Edwin Flores,and their outstanding Customer Advisors Service team, including Brantley Padget, Saint Hadwin, Demetrius Rebecca and Megan Quindon. Each of these individuals has gone above and beyond to ensure that my experiences with BMW are nothing short of phenomenal.

The customer service at this location is awful. I continue to bring my car here because it is convenient, and I like to ensure that I get the best parts on my car. At my last service, I brought my car in and had some minor things fixed. However, when I picked my car up, the engine light was on which was concerning because the engine light was not on when I brought the car in for service. Shameful Service at BMW of Columbia May 29, 2025– Completely Unprofessional and Dishonest My experience with BMW of Columbia on Killian Road was appalling and disgraceful—especially coming from a brand that prides itself on luxury and performance. I recently had an outstanding experience at the BMW dealership on Killian Road. I was having some issues with my vehicle, and from start to finish, the entire team—Sam (General Manager), Ken (Shop Foreman), Mark (Assistant Manager), and Edwin (Service Manager)—demonstrated exceptional professionalism, respect, and genuine care for my automotive needs. Worst experience I’ve ever had with these people. Nobody over there has a clue what is going on and they will never call you back. The “assistance managers”never call you back after you leave a complaint. Such an easy way to deal with inquiring customers! Just ignore them. Incompetent to the fullest. I will never bring my car here for service or buy another BMW period. Go somewhere else.
