I recently visited BMW of CS to inquire about an electric vehicle but ultimately purchased an ICE (gas fuel) vehicle. We showed up mid-day on a Saturday, yet Jon Altman, our salesman, was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and most importantly, transparent. Unlike salesmen in the past who handed me the keys with an implied "good luck" after the deal was done, Jon took the time to explain each feature in the vehicle until I felt comfortable.
