I recently had my 2019 X-7 serviced at BMW of College Station: oil, fluid changes, brake check w/ fluid flush/change, filter changeouts & complimentary (professional) car wash. I had received a service bulletin from BMW so, I called for an appointment. Jason our service manager was unavailable so I gave my vehicle information an preferred appointment times. The next day, Jason confirmed my appointment by email, for the day and time I had requested. So simple. Arrived a bit early and car was taken back immediately. In and out like a fiddler's elbow. Service department and Jason are consistently a pleasure to deal with.
I always get exceptional service from the crew. It’s the main reason I keep coming back when I could easily go to another shop for regular maintenance.
