They are always very accommodating, finding a rental car for me to use for the amount of time that I need for my service. Or driving me where I needed to go. I had a lot of warranty issues and they were very professional about it... I like the fact that they give you a mechanic review video while you're waiting for your vehicle. Jason always is on time to greet us on arrival and to keep us up to date on the progress of our car both in person and with a video documentation from the service department so we are informed on the status of the service . He's an A+ consultant. Back again. BMW of College Station emailed us asking to contact them for service. Checked the car and sure enough it said we were due a break service. Very impressed with the customer service (JD Richa) and repair work. They diagnosed the problem, sent me a video, and quickly came up with a plan to fix it. Good quality service.
