My experience with Brad Schultz, resulting in the purchase of the targeted BMW vehicle, was totally pleasant and rewarding. He was, at all times, informative and responsive. I especially appreciated his suggestion that I turn in my rental car at the rental facility close to the BMW dealership in Cincinnati, allowing me to take delivery of the new vehicle in Cincinnati without having to have a second driver accompany me from Louisville.
