Do not purchase any used vehicles from this establishment. I purchased a 2019 X3 in August 2024 and have been paid over $5000 in repairs within 4-5 months. After the oil change, it was a tune up, cracked mount, wires left hanging from the previous owner, coolant system service done and now the radiator is seeping. They seem to be ok with selling used vehicles that are not BMW certified, but Inspected by Md, from the executive office to the Catonsville office. They have lost a valuable customer of 5 years.
Beware of BMW dealers and avoid buying the BMW X7! My X7 has been plagued with loud braking noises, and despite repeated servicing and inspections by multiple dealers, including the one I bought it from, the issue remains unresolved. Their ‘solution’ was to drive fast and pump the brakes, which, of course, did absolutely nothing. After trying everything, the dealers admitted they couldn’t figure out the problem and refused to replace the brakes. It sucks to write this because my service writer (Brittany, and sales manager Jerry) has always been great to me for years now . However It all change last week. I took my X7 for service because AC wasn’t working. I was told it was fix and it wasn’t . Came to take another off day to bring again and this time was told is has a leakage. Our service manager inspected the glass with you and showed you where the point of impact was that caused the crack. We understand sustaining road damage is frustrating, and unfortunately, not fully covered by your insurance, as you mentioned.
I purchased a 2017 Jaguar on January 11, 2023. On January 12, 2023, I contacted my salesman asking why my coolant light came on. He didn't know so we agreed I will add some coolant and he offered to pay for the coolant. I added the coolant and the light went off. I'm not a mechanic so I'm thinking everything is ok. Extremely Unprofessional, disrespectful service Management. When getting My tired replaced on my 2021 X5 xDrive45e I was informed there were 2 stripped lugs. I was sent a scratchy video showing the lugs were stripped. The video was taking after the tired was mounted & balanced ready to be installed. It's obvious that these lugs were freshly stripped, because how do you missed these stripped lug when removing the wheel. This customer came in with wheel lugs that had been stripped from being overtighten. He accused of of this damage. In the end, it was determined the last time the wheels were off of the car (we had not removed at least one of the wheels with a damaged lug) it was by a company that the customer used recently to refinish the wheels. That company accepted responsibility and paid for the repair.
