Everything went according to plan, and I was able to take delivery right on time. Devin, the parts specialist, was also fantastic. He patiently walked me through everything about the car and answered all my questions. Both Cameron and Devin made the experience enjoyable and stress-free. Highly recommend!
Great experience at BMW of Bridgewater. My sales lady, Shelby, went above and beyond. I had called about a specific vehicle that had turned out to be sold, but she was honest with me and actually called me back when they had gotten another trade that was right up my alley. They did not try to pull a bait and switch that most dealerships try and pull. Justin, the used car manager, was very helpful. I had a question about something on the Carfax and he went above and beyond to answer the question.
The whole transaction was done with no problem at all
We just purchased a BMW X3 and from start to finish the experience was awesome. We had a few issues but with the help of Bill one of the sales managers the issues are being taken care of. Rob Long was originally our sales associate but he got married so he left us in the capable hands of Victor Palumbo no relation. Victor was super kind and patient with me.
