I purchased a BMW 430i from the new management at BMW of Bridgeport. The documents had all been signed for purchase and we took a look at the car. The sales staff never pointed out the cosmetic issues with the car: scratches on left side door, chip on right door handle, scratches on bumper, and pen ink on the leather seat of the car. I purchase a 2020 BMW X3 recently with Mike D*** as my salesman. Initially, everything went well, with the slogan also of if you need anything, I am here for the long run. I bought on a cold and windy day and there was an issue with the windshield a small crack/chip on driver side that was clearly repaired while the vehicle was leased by someone else. Sold me a maintenance policy but did not honor it. When I complained, they reluctantly agreed to do the work. A couple years later it was discovered that they actually didn't do what they said they were going to do. Further calls and emails went unanswered. Bunch of crooks in my opinion. I expected much more from a premium care dealership. **** ****** *** ****** all do a much better job. Steer clear.

This is the worst display of a functioning business. I've been harassed, discriminated against by a handful of men that work there. Plus its the worst customer service I've experienced in my life. I'd never refer anyone here to endure these people.
My experience with BMW is very similar to my last one, this dealership is looking to steal your money. Last time I had an issued they attempted to charge me for the services, idk how my times this has occurred to other customers, but I paid for a premium maintenance package, everything is covered, and I would have been changed if I didn’t speak up. We would like to clarify that the service contract and wheel and tire warranty were not sold by this dealership and we apologize for any misrepresentation at the time of sale. We would also like to clarify that the wheel lug nuts were not installed or tightened at this dealership prior to this visit.
I purchased a used 2017 ********Type from this dealer. This car was $60,000... so, not a cheap used car. I travelled 3.5 hours during Covid to get this car. I am a cancer survivor and asked specifically for curb-side delivery... I did not want to go in the building at all. The sales person said this was no problem. When we got there (we had a specific appointment time) - the salesperson was nowhere to be found. They are dishonest and create problems with your car to force you to pay more. Avoid this place like the PLAGUE THEY ARE CROOKS.
