Brigid was super helpful, stayed in contact with me the entire time, and was just great overall. The entire dealership staff was very welcoming, and when they had some technical issues they still did their best to assist us.
We had a great experience buying a used vehicle from our salesperson named Z. She did an amazing job at following through on all her promises when it came to final pricing, and having the vehicle touched-up and ready. She was great to work with and I felt like she understood our situation and needs. We traveled from Lansing to buy from Z and will do it again for our next vehicle!
Great experience all around. I bought an X7 and everything would seamless and quick. They got me the car I wanted and I was in and out. I worked with Z Amhaz and she was great. Knowledgeable on the vehicles and honest too. I appreciated the patients she showed me while I tested out a few cars and different models. All in all I recommend this dealership and I definitely recommend Z if you’re looking for a new car!
Hugeeeee shoutout to Aiden at BMW bloomfield, came in after looking for an X6 for months and in less than a week i was walking out with one. Made the process super fun and smooth! Be sure to ask for him whenever your looking to purchase your next BMW🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🔥
