I had an overall disgusting experience at this dealership. They are horrible. Their staff are horrible. Their sales teams are horrible. Their service advisors are horrible. The general manager there is horrible. I do not recommend this place for anyone. Quick and Easy. CPO 230i. In and out in an afternoon. Service even stayed after to do the cpo inspection and detail. Same with the tech guru who helped me go through the systems. Will not hesitate to go back. Have already recommended BMW West Bloomfield to others.

The customer service is the best in the industry. Bill Manson is a salesman with class and Brian in service is always very knowledgeable and communicative.
Maclain was great and helpful and made the car search very easy. Highly recommend.
