Bought a BMW on July 4th 2025 and got tricked by Marion on warranty I didn't ask for Eric the salesperson was there also. Come to find out the car needs a Driveshaft that is 3500 I only had the car for a month how did BMW miss this. I was assured it was looked over and inspected I was sold a lemon. Am sure this is not BMW standards. In this economy we can't afford to shell out money for something they should have known. Eric is a very personable sales advisor and Marion made the financing process seamless and easy to understand. Highly recommend this dealer for your next BMW even if you have to drive from a few hours away.
I have NEVER had such an amazing and thorough experience with any car service center, ever, and for FREE. My service “technician “ (not sure his title) was a man named Sparks, which I think could not be a more fitting name…he was courteous and went over and beyond to make my experience pleasant and easy. BMW of Birmingham never disappoints whether it’s sales or service. Today I picked up my new i4 and everything except for me leaving a garage door opener in my old car, went like clockwork. Everyone was polite, thorough and very professional in their approach. They went the extra mile to find an i4 in the BMW network and saved weeks of waiting for the ship to dock. Would I recommend them? You bet!
