Purchasing my vehicle from Isaac at Birmingham of BMW was one of the best purchases. I’ve made in a long time
I was deceived! I got charged $1000. for two services I never received. After I emphatically told them before any test drive or paper work That I did not wanted those services. Well they still charged me . Without my authorisation and never provided the service. I live 4 hours away in another state. I try to get my money back and call 8 times left 6 voice mails. 4 emails. Talk to 4 people . And it's been more then a month and still haven't got my money . I cannot emphasize enough to check every line . Before u sign. 🫤
Ed was great to work with and made the purchase of our X3 easy and hassle free. No pushy tactics for ad ons was refreshing
