Jerry Cheng was amazing to work with. He was fun to talk to and made the process of buying the vehicle easier and less stressful. I give him 5 stars. The 3 star rating is because of finance. We were waiting and waiting because he was the only one there. Short staffed is the dealerships mistake so I don’t blame him for that. The issue is that we were obviously ready to go and he was so concerned with finding a good song to play or have a conversation about random things. I purchased a 2015 Volvo XC60 at the end of October of last year. It was in good outward condition. It seemed to have been taken care of by its one owner. I was assured that everything had been checked out on the vehicle and anything that needed work had been done. Well I have only put 800 miles on it since I have had it and the check engine light was on within a week or so of purchasing it. Now the AC doesn’t work, the sunroof will not close, it needs a new battery and the front and back brakes are completely gone. Not safe... read more
