I had a great experience with Austin and his team at BMW. Austin made the process easy, and I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. Due to a recall, I had to wait about four weeks, but during that time, Austin answered all my questions, gave me multiple opportunities to test drive the vehicle, and kept me updated on 1-3 day basis. Most car dealerships want you to buy a car, this was the opposite. We walked in & were ignored, had to go up to somebody and they seemed bothered. After showing our interest we had to call them multiple times over the next few days to see if we could move forward with buying the vehicle & kept getting ignored, then they finally said we should put more money down to improve the odds of getting approved. Let me tell you a story. It starts with my wife and ends with David Woods at Kendall BMW of Bend. While I was out of town in June my wife ordered a 2025 Z4 M4.0 for my birthday. That’s not until February, but to get a car like that in Winter in Bend would just be cruel. So we took delivery of the car last Friday, and that’s when I met David Woods.
