I just bought a new Z4 and the entire agency was the greatest. Even delivered the car with a martenellis champagne toast. Worked with 2 salesman, David Woods and Alex, who made the ordering process easy. David kept me informed on shipping progress and delivery date. Some dealers would have added an up charge to this rare “Final Edition” model, but they did not. In fact, no added charges for anything over MSRP I would not hesitate to buy another car from Bend BMW
Really poor service department. I have had my BMW for 2 years almost and this is the most underwhelming experience from any service department. Driving to BMW in the Portland area is now of better value and treatment of myself and my vehicle.
