Impossible to get ahold of a service advisor on the phone. I've tried calling multiple days and the same story. I'll change my review when someone picks up the phone for a service appointment
Great experience! I bought a 2020 BMW X7 and had great correspondence with Mitch. I was shopping from Denver, CO and Mitch was great. I flew in and drove home and everything was perfect. Truly a great experience!
Servicing - I was due for my second service after driving cross-country from Atlanta and you never really know if the dealership that you are bringing your vehicle to is going to be as amazing as your home dealership. What I can say is that Nathan, Jeremy, and Cole were just as exceptional as my home dealership.
