Today was my first experience servicing my car with Kendall BMW since moving up to Bend. The experience from drop off to pick up was seamless with great customer service. A big thank you to Elliott who actually opened up the service department after it was closed when I showed up 15 minutes late. This allowed me to get my car back without having to come back the next day. Thank you Kendall BMW!
I worked with David Woods at BMW of Bend to get my new M2. I was really impressed with how helpful he was throughout the process … he even gave me real-time updates on where the vehicle was as it made its way over from Germany. He has been super helpful with getting all the resources i need to learn all the features of the car as well… I would give 6 stars if it was possible!

Inadvertently while changing into my winter snow tires I had an issue with a wheel. A simple issue but a safety one. Hoping for a fix I stopped in at the BMW dealer without an appointment.
