Really poor service department. I have had my BMW for 2 years almost and this is the most underwhelming experience from any service department. Driving to BMW in the Portland area is now of better value and treatment of myself and my vehicle.
I want to give a shout out to BMW of Bend, and in particular, my salesman Alex. The shopping and purchase experience have been fantastic! I’m not one to write reviews unless service is exceptionally good or terribly poor. In this case I’m happy to say I can give review because the service was exceptionally good. I just purchased a new BMW X5 from Bend BMW, my salesperson was Alex Moschitti .and it was the easiest, non-pressured and most enjoyable experience I’ve ever had in the usually stressful, and headache producing process.
