Had an excellent experience with BMW of Bend. Whole staff was friendly, but Auston especially was a great contact there. Extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles, friendly and not pushy. I was going to leave with the 228 pictured here (what a beauty) but the only reason I didn’t was because there was a different spec/color somewhere else. I would definitely recommend him as someone to look out for in a positive way, as well as the whole dealership. Great people to work with and awesome selections to choose from.
We recently purchased a BMX X5 xDrive50e at Kendal BMW in Bend, OR and had a wonderful experience. Our sales person, Auston Gessow, was EXCELLENT. Auston was incredibly knowledgeable, polite, helpful, and patient. We looked at several models and test drove 3 vehicles and Auston willingly took the time to answer all of our questions- his knowledge of all of the vehicles was very impressive.
