Excellent service, fast efficient check in, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Comfortable wait area with coffee and snacks. Car returned clean and follow up video of inspection was very useful.

Truely had a great experience getting my vehicle serviced. This being my first BMW coming from an Infiniti there are new things about the car I’ve had to learn. Steven was so patient with me during my service appt answering all questions and explaining things. I’ve even called after my service for additional questions and he was just as pleasant. It means a lot when the custom service is consistent.
