Made me feel special! Pedro showed me all aspects of the vehicle. It was a preowned car, and he showed me me where the car deviated firm new, didn’t try to hide anything, which I really appreciated. And, the dealership had replaced the brakes, tires, changed the oil, etc and went way beyond what I would have expected a dealership to do for a buyer. The car is unbelievable being a BMW anyway.
