Update: I recently had a car issue, and needed to take my car in for service. As you can imagine, after my last review, I was a little hesitant to take my car back to be serviced. I called BMW service and spoke to Taylor Snook, and he assured me that he would take care of me, and I am happy to report that he did just that.
