Great support by my SA Mick tracking down a strange intermittent issue. He made sure all possibilities were troubleshot/evaluated over a necessary extended period of time. Pick up and drop off for loaner is a great service.
The entire process for my oil change went very smooth. I informed them I had to be in by 10:30 and out by noon and they even finished 10 minutes early.
