I took my car in for diagnostics and repair due to a hydrolocked engine. Service was exceptional! They saved my beloved M5 Competition! Trey, the service manager was always available, intelligent, honest, respectful, and polite. He even offered me his personal phone number and whenever there was an update, he'd call me. The service department at BMW of Barrington was the best I've ever been to. They turned a situation that could have been devastating into a minor incident. Five out of Five stars all the way!!
