I purchased a CPO M340i X-Drive through this dealership with a clean carfax and no accidents. However, when I recently went to trade in the car at the same dealer I was told that there was an accident significantly impacting the value of the car. I tried working with the dealer and showed them the original paperwork they provided with no accidents but I was told there was nothing they could do. Not quite sure how a moderate accident passed a CPO inspection and was not noticed. Heavily disappointed.

My sales representative Dan Hoxha helped me out while i had loss all hope. i was coming from an 2021 X5m with 60k miles and some brake issues and was trying to get in a lease. Background, i went to many places and no one really worked with me they said no way you have to much negative equity on your hands we cannot get you even remotely close to those payments that your asking for on a lease. I'm here at the dealership now. I came for a scheduled test drive. I waited at the front desk for thirty minutes, and was ignored by all of the salesmen who weren't helping anyone. There wasn't even anyone at the front desk to help me. The worst experience at a car dealership.
