Smooth, seamless, and hassle free!
Purchased a used car from Celena Will. She was surprisingly cold at first, but warmed up over time. Never had to deal with any manager or finance person, so the purchasing process was smooth and easy. Put down an initial deposit where I was told the service department would begin the prep and final inspection imminently, but when I came back two days later to pickup, nothing had been done and the car wasn't ready. I have put this review off for awhile, hoping that the issues would be resolved but after 3 weeks there are still a couple glaring issues that have yet to be resolved. To start with the sales experience, to keep it simple, was far less than ideal and maybe one of the most painful experiences I have ever had at a car dealership. Salesman was VERY slow, unknowledgeable (or maybe at worst lying) about basic features that would be included with the vehicle.
