The problem was identified quickly, was provided a loaner for the time being and my car was back to me by the end of the week. I was satisfied with BMWs efficiency.
Excellent service. The only thing that bothered me was that when I made the appointment, they offered me a car and then gave me an excuse not to give it to me. In my opinion, they should be more aware of this.
