Thank you Joshua Razzi, I had loud noise from the rear of my X5 it turned out to be a rock stuck in the brake dust shroud. I was 100 miles from my home dealer. Josh and BMW of AC got me in quickly late on a Saturday quickly resolved the problem and did some other service the car was due for. They treated me like a life long customer, although I had never been there before. Thanks again for the over and above professional customer service!!!

Apathetic and condescending- I drove 50 minutes for an appointment I had at 1 PM to have the check engine light diagnosed. I requested a loaner when I booked the appointment and when I got there, Jennifer Merrifield said I could not have a loaner because my car was a 2008. When I asked if they could at least look at my car today so that I didn’t make the drive for absolutely nothing, she said they could not as the shop was full, despite my appointment at 1 PM.
