My experience at BMW of Ann Arbor was great. When I took my X3 in for oil change , Shawn was very professional and kept me informed of what was going on during the entire process.
The service team goes beyond your average customer service. My car got scratched by hit and run, and I didn’t see it until after I got serviced, but they still went through and polished my car and buffed it out. overall great people great service and a nice new building. Thank you!

just now New Bmw of West Bloomfield I am really disappointed in this place. They rip people off. They lie about everything even one day I told him it was the transfer case they broke it wasn’t working. I was making a noise out of it and they’re trying to lie about it they’re telling me is the wheel making the sound even take it to a mechanic on my close friends and said it was a transfer case they were trying to lie about it because they’re trying to cover it so they won’t pay for it or was that $8000 job?
