I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from BMW of Ann Arbor. I was contacted and encouraged to visit the dealership to see and test drive a vehicle. Despite having a very busy work schedule, I made time specifically to visit the dealership based on the information provided by the salesperson. However, when I arrived, the salesperson who had been communicating with me was not available.
