I visited this dealership and found an X5 that I was excited to purchase and placed a deposit on the vehicle. At that time, Dean informed me that the vehicle needed service work to be road-ready and reassured me multiple times that the price would not change as a result. Great after-sale support. Darin, Thaddeus, Jarrod, John and Ray were all awesome each step of the way. I was a bit of a bad customer. Came in around 4pm without an appointment just browsing around, dealer was very busy, but they still found time to help me out. Found the vehicle I wanted and they made the deal come together. I had a small issue after the sale, but their service team was able to get me squared away which I appreciate. Don’t hesitate to purchase from this dealer, they’re great.

My BMW EV brought me here to DC fast charge and all but one EV stall were taken by employee cars none actively charging, just one plugged in. Behavior like this tends to speak to the dealship in general unfortunately, but it was a nice stop I will say.
