I can’t recommend Mo Beidoun, of A2-BMW, enough. The entire process for selecting, ordering, and receiving my vehicle took greater than a year and he remained engaged the entire time. Mo is himself a car enthusiast and his enthusiasm carried over to his work in assisting me in my purchase. I can’t say when my next vehicle purchase might occur, but if ever in the market for another BMW I’m first calling Mo.
Extremely rude, wouldn't recommend buying a vehicle here.
Beau was very professional and unhurried as he explained all of my cars functions.
Neal was outstanding with his customer service. He worked with me to take care of my needs and exceeded my expectations. My car was running as good as the first day I bought it 18 years ago. This dealership is not the closest one to my house, but I will definitely make this my go-to from now on.
My car wouldn't start, we were at a shopping mall Sunday in Ann Arbor, we had to have our car towed to the BMW dealership and leave it overnight since everything was closed. We got a hotel for the night and the next day walked from the hotel to the dealership which was probably mile away at 7:00 am.
